Delivery & Cold Chain

Maison BK is operated by BK IMPORT CO., LTD. We deliver our frozen French pâtisseries everywhere in Thailand.

Delivery days and order deadlines

We deliver twice a week:

Order before Monday, midnight: delivered on Wednesday
Order before Thursday, midnight: delivered on Saturday

Orders are prepared and handed over to our frozen-food carrier the day before delivery. Some remote areas may need one extra day.

The cold chain, from France to your door

Our pâtisseries are frozen in France at their peak and shipped at controlled temperature. Your order is delivered by Inter Express, a temperature-controlled carrier specialised in frozen food, so the cold chain is kept from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

Receiving your order

Someone should be available at the delivery address on the delivery day. Please put the products in your freezer (-18°C) as soon as you receive them, and follow the storage and thawing instructions on each product. If a product arrives damaged, thawed or incorrect, see our Refunds & Claims policy.

Your order is usually ready within 2 hours during the store's opening hours. You will receive a notification when it is ready. Please collect it on the same day and bring your order confirmation.
