1. About us

The Maison BK online store is operated by BK IMPORT CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0105569093981), 89/4 Soi Ruammit Phatthana Yaek 1, Tharaeng, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand. Contact: contact@bkimport-th.com. By using this store or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell French pâtisseries, most of them frozen. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible; photos are serving suggestions. For ingredients and allergens, always refer to the product label. Products must be stored as indicated on the label. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and include 7% VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you receive a confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud; in that case you are fully refunded.

5. Delivery and Click & Collect

We deliver everywhere in Thailand. Delivery days, order deadlines and pick-up conditions are described on our Delivery & Cold Chain page. You must provide an accurate address and phone number and be available to receive frozen products.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel and our refund conditions are described in our Refunds & Claims policy, in accordance with the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002).

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store (texts, photos, logos, the Maison BK brand) belongs to BK IMPORT CO., LTD. or its partners and may not be reused without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from storage or preparation that does not follow the instructions on the label, or for indirect damage, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
