Lemon, strawberry heart The brightness of a lemon cream, softened by a ripe strawberry purée. Vivid, luminous, springlike.

Chocolate, banana heart A dark chocolate ganache crossed by the intensity of a banana purée. Rich and comforting.

Vanilla, blackcurrant heart The gentleness of a vanilla cream, awakened by tangy blackcurrant. Elegant and surprising.

Passion fruit, raspberry heart The tropical roundness of a passion fruit cream, lifted by a raspberry purée. Sunlit and vibrant.

Crafted in France, with care

The shell, made with 100% Californian almonds, is fine and crisp, with a generous "collerette" (foot), the signature of a macaron made in the proper tradition.

Inside, the fillings are crafted in France by pastry chefs from carefully selected ingredients: free-range eggs, 100% natural colors and flavors, seasonal fruits.
