The blini is a small, thick, soft pancake of Slavic origin that has become one of the stars of the French aperitif. Its mini format makes it the perfect base for elegant bites: a spoonful of topping, a sprig of dill or chives, and every bite becomes a moment of pleasure.
The mini blinis from La Quimperloise are made in Brittany following a traditional recipe: a soft, melting heart, a lightly golden surface and the round flavor of real butter. No palm oil, no artificial flavors.
